When are the product booths open?

Product booths are open whenever sessions aren’t happening, so you can stop by without missing any content! They open on Day 1 starting at 10:00 AM, immediately following the first General Session, and remain accessible during breaks, meals, and networking time throughout the event.

Booth hours include:

Day 1:

  • First break (starting at 10:00 AM, after the General Session)
  • Lunch (12:30–1:30 PM)
  • Second break (3:00–3:30 PM)
  • Pre-dinner networking (5:00–5:30 PM)

Day 2:

  • Breakfast (8:00–9:00 AM)
  • First break (11:00–11:15 AM)
  • From lunch (12:00 PM) through the end of optional sessions (3:00 PM)

You’re encouraged to drop in multiple times—many attendees use the booths to follow up on questions as the conference progresses and takeaways start to click.

All sessions, workshops, networking events, breakfast and lunch both days, evening reception, conference materials and access to focus groups and one-on-one meetings with Arcoro experts. 

No. Elevate 2026 does not require the purchase of any additional software. The conference is designed to deliver value regardless of your current Arcoro or ExakTime footprint. All sessions, workshops, demos, and consultations are included with your registration.

Some sessions may reference optional Arcoro solutions or enhancements that you can choose to explore later. Many sessions are focused purely on best practices, optimization, strategy, and peer learning.

If a session does reference a solution, or if you decide to adopt additional solutions after the event:

  • No obligation: No commitment during or immediately after the event
  • Pricing & timelines vary by solution and company size; many features may already be included in your package
  • Flexible, scalable implementation: Scoped to your needs, on your timeline

Elevate is intentionally educational first, commercial second. These sessions are meant to support informed decision-making—sharing how other customers identified challenges, evaluated options, and decided what made sense for their team, and more.

The event starts with breakfast at 8am. The first session is scheduled for 9am. All attendees are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before sessions begin, to allow time for breakfast, registration, parking, and/or check-in. 

Hotel check-in starts at 3pm CT and check-out is at 12pm CT. If guests arrive prior to check-in and the room is not available, checked baggage is available with Guest Services. 

A 1-night deposit is due at the time of booking. 

Yes, the hotel offers both valet and self-parking options, starting at $18 a day.
